Mr. Rajender Sharma, the Founder of RR Sharma & Co., is a Graduate from Ramjas College, University of Delhi in the year 1964 and has passed his Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1970. He has over 45 years of experience in the field of accounting, internal audit, Statutory audit, tax audit, management consulting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, Sales Tax & Service tax etc. He, at the starting of his career, formed R Sharma & Co. firm in Daryaganj and actively served in the field of audit and taxation.He got an opportunity for establishing commercial Bank in Imo State of Nigeria as consultant along with two British consultants in 1982. He was responsible for designing, implementing, accounting system inspection, internal audit in the Bank. He was also responsible for compliance of local Companies Act, tax laws and central bank. During his stay in Nigeria, he had established 14 branches of Bank in different States of Nigeria. After being back to India in 1985, he formed R R Sharma & Co. in Laxmi Nagar and since then has involved in the services of firm
